Class Descriptions:

Warehouse 360:

Warehouse 360 is the cornerstone class at Fitness Warehouse VT — a full-body, constantly evolving training experience designed to help you get stronger, move better, and push your limits in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Each session blends barbell and dumbbell strength work, metabolic conditioning, and functional movements that improve real-world performance. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, every workout is scalable to meet your individual level while keeping the energy and intensity high.

Expect a mix of strength blocks, interval training, hyrox-style circuits, and team challenges — all programmed with purpose and progression. No two days are the same, but every session leaves you walking out feeling accomplished, challenged, and part of something bigger.

Duration: 45-60 minutes
Structure: Full-body Strength training + metcon finish
Goal: Strength × Endurance × Community

Mid- Week Muscle*:

Midweek Muscle is your Wednesday reset — a strength-focused class designed to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and carry your momentum through the week.

Each session combines targeted hypertrophy-style lifting with functional accessory work and a short conditioning finisher to keep your heart rate up and your muscles fired. Expect structured sets, time under tension, and smart programming that helps you build strength and shape without breaking down your form or energy.

Whether you’re chasing performance goals or just looking to feel stronger and more confident, Midweek Muscle delivers that perfect balance of grind and reward.

Duration: 60 minutes
Structure: Upper & lower body strength + conditioning finisher
Goal: Build muscle, improve form, and fight the midweek crash

Warehouse Longevity:

Warehouse Longevity is a strength and movement class built specifically for adults who want to keep doing what they love — for life. This program focuses on building functional strength, improving mobility, and boosting confidence in movement, balance, and endurance.

Each session combines barbell and dumbbell training, bodyweight exercises, and low-impact conditioning tailored to your ability level. Movements are scalable and supportive, ensuring everyone can train safely, effectively, and with purpose — no matter your starting point.

Led by coaches who specialize in working with older athletes and beginners alike, Warehouse Longevity is about more than fitness — it’s about building resilience, independence, and community.

Duration: 45-55 minutes
Structure: Strength + mobility + balance
Goal: Functional movement, lifelong strength, confidence in every rep
