Myra Degre
DPT | B.S Kinesiology
Myra began strength training in 2013 under the guidance of her high school strength and conditioning coach and hasn’t looked back since. She went on to play four years of collegiate soccer at Husson University, continuing to train with strength and conditioning coaches throughout her athletic career. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2018, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2020 and passed her boards that August, officially beginning her career as a Physical Therapist.
Since graduating, Myra has continued lifting independently, experimenting with different programs and refining her approach to training. She joined Fitness Warehouse this fall as a class instructor and recently became a Certified Barbell Rehab provider, bringing a unique blend of performance training and injury prevention to her coaching. She prefers functional lifting patterns — push, pull, hinge, squat, carry — with the bench press holding a special place as her favorite barbell movement.
Outside the gym, you’ll likely find her outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling. Myra combines real-world rehab knowledge with athletic experience and practical strength training to help clients move better, lift smarter, and stay strong for whatever they love to do.
Olivia Bernard
B.S in Exercise Science
Olivia Bernard has been training (mostly consistently) since 2017 and holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College. She’s passionate about strength training, believes lifting heavy fixes almost everything, and treats mobility like it’s important… because it actually is. Olivia brings a mix of education, intensity, and just enough sarcasm to keep things fun while still getting real results. She specializes in high-energy coaching, honest accountability, and talking just enough to make the workout go by faster — but not enough to let you slack.
Madison Hilliker
NASM-CPT
Madison Hilliker is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over four years of dedicated strength training experience. What started as a personal journey to overcome challenges through faith and discipline has grown into a passion for helping others build strength that lasts, inside and outside the gym.
In 2025, Madison began coaching at Fitness Warehouse and now leads group classes built around high-intensity intervals, progressive strength training, and real accountability. She specializes in Strength training, but her true focus is helping members gain confidence, momentum, and belief in what they’re capable of.
As a coach, Madison understands that life is busy and progress isn’t always linear. Her approach is rooted in consistency, encouragement, and showing up — for your family, your goals, and your community. At Fitness Warehouse, she’s committed to creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they put in every single day.
